Description :
I need a web-based interface to enable anybody with a credit card to be able to send money using a mobile operator company that provides a money transfer service to its subscribers within a given country. We intend to take this service across the borders to users outside so that we can send money to their relatives back home using our web interface linked to a the GSM - money transfer service offered by the operator . Since one send the money by using a phone using a sim menu, we want to automate so that by linking the sim card so that the computer can do what a real person does, open sim a card menu, enter details of recipient's telephone number and amount to send and a pin number (given with the sim card)
willing to send money to their relatives back home will log in via a web interface and checkout via pay pal/credit card. This will then be received by our application which will launch the sim card menu as it it were a subscriber.
One will also be able to schedule monthly payments so that he wont have to log in an checkout money transfers every month.
